Office Manager

Full-Time Position

Salary Range: $50,000 – $85,000 a year

Location: Rome, Georgia

Schedule: 36-hour work week, Monday – Friday

Job Description
Our national insurance company is seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant who is an energetic, organized self-starter and passionate about getting work done.

This position requires a highly organized individual and someone not afraid to give feedback and hold people accountable. The right person should have at least 7 years of experience at an insurance company, law firm, or small service business. A paralegal background would be a plus. The applicant also should be focused on improving his or herself as well as our business.

List of Office Manager Duties

Records Management

  • Create and maintain files
  • Scan and send/save documents
  • Draft correspondence
  • HR documents and reports

Accounting Functions

  • HR documents and reports

Internal Reporting and Duties

  • Assist in establishing policies and procedures
  • Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Preparation of reports for Board of Directors quarterly meeting
  • Preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Draft correspondence
  • Interact with internal and external C-Suite executives and Governmental office holders
  • Plan events for clients
